Delivery Timeframe
- Order processing: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 4–7 business days across India
- Slight delays possible during peak season
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid: Free shipping above ₹299
- Orders below ₹299: ₹50 shipping fee
- Cash on Delivery: ₹50 COD fee on all orders
Serviceable Locations
- Delivery across India
- If a pin code is unserviceable, customer will be notified
Order Tracking
- Tracking link sent via SMS/email after dispatch
- Customers can track real-time status
Non-Delivery Areas
- Orders to unserviceable pin codes may be canceled
- Refunds within 7 business days if canceled
Third-Party Logistics Provider
- Orders fulfilled by 3PL courier partner
- Customer shipping details shared only for delivery
- Their privacy policy applies for further data usage
